📣 Honoring Our Ada High School Military Alumni! 🇺🇸 In partnership with the Ada VFW and the Ada High School Alumni Association, Ada Exempted Village Schools is proud to announce the creation of the Ada High School Military Wall of Honor. This special tribute will honor graduates who have bravely served in the U.S. Armed Forces—Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reserves—whether through enlistment, commissioning as officers, or service in the National Guard or Reserves. This display will serve as a powerful reminder of the freedoms we enjoy and the dedication of those who have safeguarded those liberties in uniform. 🛑 We need your help! Lt. Governor Husted presented Apollo Career Center 1.1 million dollars in CTE funds through a grant collaboratively written with Ada Exempted Village Schools and Allen East Schools. Ada will use their portion of the grant to expand the Agribusiness & Production Systems program and to create a new Advanced Manufacturing Program. Additionally, the robotics program will be expanded in the 7th and 8th grade. Existing classroom space will be transformed into a STEM lab where the new programs will be housed. The grant also funds state of the art equipment such as laser cutters/engravers, miller welders, and Festo Advanced Manufacturing Training Modules and equipment.
