FRESHMAN PARENT MEETING: On Tuesday October 28th at 7:30 pm in the auditorium, there will be a meeting for all parents of freshman students. Mr. Lee will lead the meeting regarding new graduation requirements and scheduling opportunities. The meeting is important and all able should attend.

ATTENTION SENIORS: There will be an admissions representative here from Ohio Wesleyan University today, October 21st at 2:45 pm. Sign-up in the HSO if you would like to meet with him.
Also a representative from Owens Community College will be here on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Sign up in the HSO office today if you would like to meet with the Owens Community College representative.

BETA CLUB DANCE: The Beta Club dance committee will meet on Thursday, Oct. 23rd at 12:00 in Mrs. Thaxton’s room. Eat quickly and report to the meeting.

SWIMMING: All students who have submitted an order for a swim suit for the upcoming swim season, please stop by the front office to: Check and see whether you owe money for your swim suit order. Check can be left in the front office with Mrs. Pifer; and please check off your name once you have paid on the order list. Pick up a Student Information sheet and Code of Conduct form for the upcoming swim season and bring them home to sign and complete. These must be completed before the start of the season in order to be allowed to practice.

STUDENT COUNCIL: Tickets for the Homecoming dance will be on sale at lunch beginning today, Tuesday, Oct. 21. Single tickets are $8 and couple tickets are $15. You must have a ticket to attend the dance and there will be no tickets sold at the dance. Apollo students, please stop in the library before or after school to purchase tickets. See Mrs. Smith or Mrs. Bowden with any questions.

REMINDER TO PAY SCHOOL FEES: If you owe school fees, in order to attend the homecoming dance a payment ($5 or more) will need to be made to purchase a ticket for the dance. Also, if payment has not been made by October 23rd you will not receive your grade card and Progress Book privileges will be denied. Stop in the high school office and speak to Mrs. Pifer this week.
JUNIORS & SENIORS: There will be a Hardin County Family Information Night presented by Rhodes State College about the college admissions process, financial aid and other info at Kenton High School in their cafeteria tonight, Tues., Oct. 21st at 6:00 pm

HOMECOMING SPIRIT WEEK: Today, Tuesday, Oct 21st - Wear your favorite Halloween costume, Wednesday, Oct. 22nd: Peg those jeans, flip those collars, tease that hair, and show us your bet 80’s fashion! Thursday Oct.23rd Anti- Spirit Day Show spirit for other schools in the NWC, dress in their colors! Friday Oct. 24th Bulldog Spirit Day: Dress in your school spirit and cheer on your bulldogs!

HIGH SCHOOL PICTURES FOR 7 – 12 GRADE WILL BE TAKEN OCTOBER 23: Order forms were passed out. Pick out the package you want, complete the order form and bring order and payment to school with you on Thursday, Oct. 23rd. Pictures will need to be paid for day of pictures. Pictures will be taken in the Band room. Extra order forms are available in the high school office.

ATTENTION SENIORS: There will be an admissions rep here from the University of Toledo on Fri. Oct. 24th at 12:15. If you would like to meet with him, sign up in the high school office. Then make sure you report to the office on the 24th at 12:15!
